Abstract
Although the endodontic-related paresthesia rarely occurs, it is high-risky complication in endodontic field. We present two cases of endodontic-related paresthesia that were successfully treated. These complications might be prevented by careful preoperative examination, radiographs, and good treatment. If it occurs, alternative treatment option should be applied instantly and actively.
